To enrich the cultural life of the staff, enhance team cohesion, and further strengthen the communication and collaboration between teams, Wuxi CRE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. organized a group building and development activity with the theme of “One Heart, Breakthrough, Win-Win” in Suzhou Dome Mountain on October 30, 2021.

That morning, the sun was shining. After an hour’s drive, we arrived at the beautiful Dome Mountain Scenic Area in Suzhou, where our group building activities started with the ice-breaking game. The partners reacquainted with each other in the laughter and enhanced communication.

After being randomly divided into six groups, the participants of this group building activity had two competitions of “ball clutching” and “touching the stone to cross the river”. Look at the moment of the fierce competition.

At noon, we had an outdoor barbecue in the barbecue garden. There was a lot of fun to do it by ourselves, and the enthusiasm of everyone was like a charcoal fire, gradually heating up and getting hotter and hotter. The whole process was laughable and fun.

In the afternoon, each group conducted orienteering in the scenic area at the specified time according to the coach’s instruction. Under the leadership of the captain, everyone completed the scenic spot designated for taking pictures and singing. Along the way, we, with sweat, fatigue, happiness, collaboration, and scenery, were working hard for the same goal and moving forward!

Finally, we climbed the graduation wall and felt the importance of trust and help, and understood the relationship between individual goals and team goals: one person may be able to go faster, but a group of people can go farther, and only the victory of the team is the real victory.

The group-building activities let everyone relax and invigorate the spirit. We will devote ourselves to our work with more full of spirit and make every effort to contribute to the sustainable development of CRE.
